Juliano Kaglis was born in 1974 in Athens.

1996-2002
He studied painting and engraving with professors T. Patraskidis, M. Gavathas and G. Milios, at the Athens School of Fine Arts.

2003-2005
He has received a Fine Arts Scholarship by the Greek State Scholarship Foundation to produce artistic work.

In 2013, he was honoured with the Distinguished Greek Painter Award for artists up to 40 years old, offered by the Academy of Athens.

He has presented his work in nine solo exhibitions (Ekfrasi-Yianna Grammatopoulou, Athens / C.K. Art gallery, Nicosia / Epsilon Art Gallery, Thessaloniki) and has taken part in various group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
